Comment:	Unclear if this is Lloyd N. Morrisett Sr. the professor of education at UCLA (not California), or his son who co-founded the Children's Television Workshop and co-created Sesame Street. Jr. thought that Nixon meant him, since he'd been involved in the Carnegie Foundation and had a minor advisory role in the Johnson Administration before giving Big Bird to the world.
